2026 is now here, and I hope that you are as excited about stepping into the new year as I am. So much has transpired this last year, and so many changes have happened. I went from having a studio, to now I’m working out of a corner of my son’s living room. I moved in with him so that I could sell my house and try to find a teaching job. So far, nothing has panned out, but because of this, I decided to expand my business as much as possible.
This new year is going to be one of growth. Learning to manage time, finances, and health. I have a dedicated set of goals that I want to reach by the end of the year, and if that means I have to tighten up on things, then that is what will happen.
I remember when I used to make new year resolutions, but often times those resolutions would fizzle out after the first month or two. Goals may be similar to resolutions, but I’m planning to focus on those each month, each week, and each day. I’m taking them down to the smallest of tasks.
This year, in our store, I plan to increase new items and products. I want to try new things and grow our reach.
